Twelve years ago, in the heart of the Tunisian desert, the dream of the Media and Youth Animation Association, better known as Nefzawa, was born. This Tunisian association, founded in 2012, is dedicated to regional development through media and culture (to learn more, visit www.nefzawa.net) .
Since this founding moment, and in parallel with its main activities such as Radio Nefzawa ,Nefzawa TV, Académie Nefzawa, Tourisme Up, Nefzawa Golden Voice, GIE-Nefzawa, and Nefzawa Événements, Nefzawa has initiated a series of exceptional events, thus reinforcing its journey and the activities that stem from it. Imagine the ” Media and Development Forum ” , a captivating saga unfolded in four successive editions from 2013 to 2016, where discussions on the role of media in development took place. The ” Ondes des Déserts” symbolize a poetic rebellion against the conventional, etched in our memories. In 2017, over 7000 youth from the south gathered in a common quest for peace, painting a vivid mural under the desert and mountain sky.

Nefzawa has left an indelible mark on the history of Tunisia by launching, for the first time in 2018 and 2019, the World Radio Day event. A symphony that brought together radio enthusiasts, consolidating Nefzawa’s prominent position in the Tunisian audiovisual landscape. Another memorable note was played during the “Nefzawa Golden Voice” event.
Accompanying more than 20 young talents, this competition reached its magisterial climax, concluding the Blidette National Festival in an artistic apotheosis before an audience of over 2000 spectators. Today, nourished by these exceptional experiences, Nefzawa embarks on a new adventure beyond borders with “Nefzawa City.” This innovative chapter witnesses the creative fusion of media, entrepreneurship, and culture. Convinced of the power of youth and media to root peace and foster sustainable development, Nefzawa raises
