The closing ceremony began with a speech by the event director, Mr. Fahmi Blidaoui, who praised the efforts of everyone involved, especially the institute’s students who remained committed throughout the three-month preparation period. He highlighted the outstanding success of the event, made possible through the combined efforts of regional and local authorities, institutions, organizations, associations, key stakeholders, and all partners.
He also commended the presence of distinguished guests from various Arab countries, including Morocco, Libya, and Algeria, as well as European nations such as Germany and Côte d’Ivoire.
